Exams will be held on:

 

l  Listening Exam – Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023

l  Oral Exam – Thursday, May 4th, 2023

l  Written Exam –Wednesday, May 10th, 2023

 

The exams may cover the following: 

 

LISTENING EXAM:

Vocabulary from:

·         One Good Turn Deserves Another (Weeks 8-9)

·         Pearl and Wagner (Weeks 10-11)

·         Listening comprehension: an unknown text

 

ORAL EXAM:   

Read an unfamiliar text comprised of vocabulary from weeks 8-11.  Answer questions about the text using complete sentences.

 

WRITTEN EXAM: 

Vocabulary Comprehension:  Vocabulary words from weeks 7-10)

 

Story comprehension (understanding of the story):

·         One Good Turn Deserves Another

·         Pearl and Wagner

 

Phonics:

Students may be asked to identify:

  • Long Vowels: a, ai, ay, e, ee, ea, y
  • Consonant digraphs: ch, sh, wh, th, tch
